• New home construction 60 homes, each 2,500 sq. ft. and fully electrified to maximize efficiency.

• Daily load- 3000 kwh

• Potential Peak Demand offset- 3 MW over 4 hours

• Energy Vaults enable this community to be a stand-alone energy island during times of need

For utilities value is realized:

• Provides a tool to manage peak demand quickly through isolation.

• A clear measurement of KW’s gained through isolation

• A new source of concentrated generation that is always available when the need arises.

• Outages in these neighborhoods become an exception instead of a rule.

• Required energy purchases on the open market can be reduced

• Resilience Incentives via demand response and capacity credits.

• Carbon offset

• Positions host utility as a partner, working with Public

• Utility Commissions and local communities to address

• demand issues.
